The Nicklow brothers opened their first restaurant in 1966 on the University of Minnesota campus. In the 1970's they introduced the Twin Cities to gyros and their famous salad served family style. "Nicklow's", the first restaurant to bear the family name opened in 1976 and several other ventures soon followed. Santorini Taverna and Grill opened in St. Louis Park in 1995 and after 14 years and many wonderful memories Santorini has moved to Eden Prairie.

We hope to garner the same style of service, amazing cuisine and family friendly atmosphere in this wonderful new location. When you visit Santorini you are family, and we promise to make your visit one of a kind.

Santorini offers the savory tastes of the Mediterranean, featuring our famous lamb chops, moussaka, and slouvaki, as well as numerous seafood and vegetarian selections.
